Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify key user journeys in the app and assist in setting up in-app nudges and flows to improve conversion funnels
  • Assist in setting up and scheduling push, WhatsApp, and email campaigns
  • Work on campaign logic, targeting cohorts, and campaign QA
  • Coordinate creative and copy updates across platforms
  • Analyze campaign metrics (open rates, click-throughs, conversions, churn, etc.) and identify actionable insights

Preferred Skills:
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with operational tools
  • Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets; basic understanding of user journeys and engagement metrics
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (like WebEngage, MoEngage, or similar) is a plus
